CANCELLATION POLICY

01 November 09 - 19 December 09 & 21 January 10 - 31 March 10
- Two nights penalty will be charged for cancellations received
inside 21 days.
- No shows will be charged 2 nights penalty

20 December 08 - 20 January 09 & 20 December 09 - 20 January 10
- 100% cancellation will apply for cancellations made inside
30 days.
- No shows will be charged full length of stay penalty

01 April 08 - 31 October 08 & 01 April 09 - 31 October 09
- One night penalty will be charged for cancellations received
inside 7 days.
- No shows will be charged 1 night penalty

All above cancellation fees are in addition to any other fees
applied by third parties including airlines, tour operators
and/or Singapore Airlines Holidays, Freestyle Holidays,
all members of Pinpoint Travel Group.
