CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON:

01 April 09-19 December 09 and 01 March 10-31 March 10
Cancellations must be advised 72hrs (3days) prior to arrival
or a 1 night cancellation fees will be charged.

HIGH SEASON:

22 December 09-28 February 10
Cancellations must be advised 30 DAYS prior to arrival
a 1 night cancellation fees will be charged.
Cancellations must be advised 15days prior to arrival or
100% of the full stay will be charged.

NO SHOWS - will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours
and transfers per person.
