will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 8 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS will incur a 3 NIGHT PENALTY.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 22 December 09-10 January 10
Cancellations received within 21 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 3 night cancellation fee.

Valid: 23 July 10-31 August 10, 22 December 10-05 January 11
Cancellations received within 32 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 15 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 3 night cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 8 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS or EARLY DEPARTURES will receive NO REFUND.
