to the hotel at the time of check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation a written notice must be received by
the hotel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival. In the
event that this written notice is not received within the time
limited stated a fee will apply as per below.

01 April 10 - 14 July 10 & 01 September 10 - 24 December 10
1 nights cancellation fee will be charged.

15 July 10 - 31 August 10 & 07 January 11 - 31 March 11
2 nights cancellation fee will be charged.

25 December 10 - 06 January 11
5 nights cancellation fee will be charged.

This cancellation charges are in additional to any other
charges applied by Third Parties, tour companies, transfer
companies and/or Singapore Airlines Holidays, Freestyle
Holidays, Travel Hotline and/or United Vacations, all members
