RENOVATIONS
PHASE 1UPGRADE OF GARDEN WING ROOMS
Phase 1 is now complete
The resort will commence an upgrade to the Garden Wing rooms.
This phase will involve 71 of the 330 Garden Wing rooms in the
resort. It is estimated that there will be some disturbance in
the initial stage, particularly between 15 & 30 March .
PHASE 2
UPGRADE OF GARDEN WING ROOMS, LOBBY & LOBBY LOUNGE
Valid: 01 September 11-29 February 12
This will involve 259 rooms, Lobby and Lobby Lounge. It is
estimated that there will be some disturbance in the initial
stage, particularly between 01 & 30 September .

GARDEN WING SWIMMMING POOL & TEPI LAUT RESTAURANT
During this period, while the Resort will continue to operate
as usual with uninterrupted service, we will take the
opportunity to do some preventive maintenance work to the Garden
Wing Swimming Pool and the adjoining Tepi Laut restaurant due to
its close proximity to the phase 2 works. Guests staying in the
Garden Wing will arrive through the Ocean Wing Lobby and will be
given access to the Ocean Wing Swimming Pool whilst the Garden
Wing pool is closed for maintenance in the months of September
to November. Breakfast will continue to be offered in our Coffee
Terrace restaurant as usual.
There will be minimal impact to guests staying in the Ocean
Wing as this block is separate from the Garden Wing. During this
period, the Resort will continue to operate as usual with
uninterrupted service to ensure your comfort and convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Valid: 01 April 11-31 March 12, 01 April 12-31 March 13Cancellations received within 15 DAYS prior to arrival will
incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours and
transfers per person.
