CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received by
the hotel at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
In the event that this written notice is not received within
the time limit stated and in the even of a NO-SHOW a 100%
cancellation fee will be applied.

Cancellations received within 72 hours will incur a 100%
cancellation charge.

NEW YEAR POLICY
Valid: 31 December 11 - 03 January 12
- 1 nights cancellation chage will be applied for any bookings
cancelled between 16 - 9 days prior to arrival date
- Lebua requires a copy of the voucher on or before 16 days prior
to arrival date. If the hotel does not receive a copy of the
voucher 16 days or more prior to arrival, the booking will be
released automatically.
- A full 100% cancellation fee will apply for any bookings
cancelled 8 days or less prior to arrival date
