Any cancelltions made within 7 days or "no-show" during the
above period will be charged one night cancellation fee. Any
short stays will be charged at the actual stay plus one night's
room charge.

01 November 12 - 19 December 12 & 11 January 13 - 28 February 13
Any cancellations made within 14 days or "no-show" during the
above period will be charged one night cancellation fee. Any
short stays will be charged at the actual stay plus one night's
room charge.

Any cancellations made within 14 days, "no-shows" or short
stays will be charged 100% cancellation fee.

Valid: 20 December 12 - 10 January 13
Any cancellations made within 21 days, "no-shows" or short
stays will be charged 100% cancellation fee.

The above cancellation fees are in addition to cancellation fees
charged by third parties, airlines, tour operators, and/or
