ROOM DESCRIPTION (USE AS A GUIDE ONLY)

The spacious Residence Rooms consist of 2 separate alang alang roofed pavilions that frame the stunning central private pool & courtyard area. A Balinese style wall surrounds the residence creating further privacy and tranquility. The spacious and luxurious living pavilion is an open-plan design that houses a fully equipped kitchen with SMEG appliances and an island bench which overlooks the dining and lounge areas. The rectangular handcrafted teak dining table can accommodate up to 8 persons, while the lounge area offers a state-of-the-art DVD and CD surround system. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with the master bedroom stretching the entire second floor of the accommodation pavilion. It is appointed with an oversized bathtub and double vanity. The second bedroom in the 2 and 3 Bedroom Pool Residence offers both an indoor en-suite & outdoor tropical garden shower.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of confirmed reservations must be received in
writing by the hotel.

LOW SEASON & HIGH SEASON
Valid: 01 April 10-17 December 10 & 09 January 11-31 March 11
Valid: 01 April 11-26 December 11 & 06 January 12-31 March 12
Cancellations received within 31 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged a 2 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE together with applicable
government taxes.

PEAK SEASON
Valid: 27 December 11-05 January 12
Cancellations received within 31 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged 50% OF THE ENTIRE STAY together with applicable
Government taxes.

Cancellations received within 15 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged 100% OF THE ENTIRE STAY together with applicable
Government taxes.

Valid: 01 April 11-31 March 12
If a NO SHOW occurs on the date reserved and the resort is
not notified in writing, the hotel will charge 100% of the
accommodation together with applicable Government taxes.

Please note these charges are in addition to fees levied by
Airlines, Tour Operators and the Pinpoint Travel Group.
