A fairly simple, well run budget hotel which attracts a mixed crowd who want to be in the heart of Kuta. Located amidst the shops, markets, bars and restaurants of central Kuta/Legian this hotel is in a prime location. The beach is a 20-30 minute walk, but bemos and taxis are plentiful and only take a couple of minutes to drive down there and cost about $2.00.

will incur a 1 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.

Cancellations received within 5 DAYS prior to guest arrival will
incur a 2 night cancellation fee.

Valid: 01 July 12-30 September 12, 20 December 12-05 January 13
Cancellations received within 10 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will incur a 1 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.

Cancellations received within 5 DAYS prior to guest arrival will
incur a FULL STAY CHARGE.

NO SHOWS will incur 100% cancellation fees.
