NO SHOWS will incur a 1 NIGHT penalty.

Cancellations received within 15 DAYS prior to guest arrival or
NO SHOWS will incur a penalty of 50% OF TOTAL BOOKING.

PEAK SEASON

Cancellations received within 21 DAYS prior to guest arrival or
NO SHOWS will incur a penalty of 100% OF TOTAL BOOKING.
