The Outrigger O-CE-N is located on Jalan Arjuna (Blue Ocean Rd) near where Jl Double Six meets the beach, about 50m north of Hotel Kumala Pantai. This area has become very popular over the past 4 years, with a variety of great little restaurants, and is popular with locals on weekends playing on the beach.
