As of July 2011 he hotel has refurbished 165 rooms and
the finishing point of the entire project will be done in
batches between September to November, February to April and
the last upgrading works will be between April and July 2012

The Berjaya Langkawi Resort renovations continue. This phase
includes structual work, plumbing and electrical, wall and
floor finishes and furniture and fittings. Due to the large
size of the property the work will be executed section by
section and all daily facilities will operate as normal during
this time. A section of the work will be cornered off and and
the work will only take place in the designated area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received within 4 DAYS prior to arrival will incur
a 1 night cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours and
transfers per person.
