incur a penalty of 1 nights accommodation.

Cancellations received 21-28 DAYS prior to arrival will incur
a penalty of 25% of total stay.
Cancellations received 14-20 DAYS prior to arrival will incur
a penalty of 50% of total stay.
Cancellations received 8-13 DAYS prior to arrival will incur
a penalty of 75% of total stay.
Cancellations received within 7 DAYS prior to arrival will incur
a penalty of 100% of total stay.

NO SHOWS and early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee
of hotels/tours and transfers per person.

2010-11
Cancellations received 7-14 days prior to arrival will incur
a penalty of 1 nights accommodation.

Cancellations received 3-6 days prior to arrival will incur
a penalty of 50% of total stay.

Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to arrival will
incur a penalty of 100% of total stay.

NO SHOWS and early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee
of hotels/tours and transfers per person.
