CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON
Valid: 01 April 10-14 December 10 & 16 January 11-31 March 11
Valid: 01 April 11-14 December 11 & 16 January 12-31 March 12
Cancellations received within 4 DAYS prior to guest arrival will
incur a 1 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 15 December 11-15 January 12
Cancellations received within 8 DAYS prior to guest arrival will
incur a 100% CANCELLATION FEE.

NO SHOWS will incur a 100% CANCELLATION FEE of hotels/tours and
and transfers per person.
