LOWER MELALEUCA PAVILION:
DESCRIPTION: Suites on the ground level set amidst the resorts tropical gardens. All suites offer a patio with views of the limestone hills and outdoor jacuzzi. The Pavilions also include a comfortable sitting and the marbled bathroom offers double vanity with a curtained shower alcove and seperate WC.
BEDDING: 2 x Single Beds or 1 x King Bed
MAXIMUM GUESTS: Maximum 2 Adults and 1 child

UPPER MELALEUCA PAVILION:
DESCRIPION: The same as the lower pavilion however located on floor above. These rooms are high ceilinged and feature a spacious verandah with a daybed and dinign area.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: Maximum 2 Adults and 1 child

BEACH VILLA:
DESCRIPTION: Overlooking the azure sea with the white sandy beach a step down from the deck, each stand-alone one-bedroom Beach Villa features a quiet garden path leading to a private plunge pool and reflecting pond. Each villa has a large living area, spacious walk-in closet and its own private spa treatment room, complete with two massage beds. The large patio is furnished with a dining table for four and an oversized daybed.

2 BEDROOM VILLA:
DESCRIPTION: These villas are the same as the Beach Villa however they have 2 bedrooms with an enlarged living room and and lap pool. These also have private beach access.

*Lower Melaleuca Pavilion are the only inter-connecting rooms
on a request basis only. For safety reasons Four Seasons
recommends families stay in Lower Melaleuca Pavilion or
Beach Villa only.

HONEYMOONERS

Honeymoon guests will receive daily fruit and a half bottle
of champagne.
Please advise at the time of reservation that you
are Honeymooners. Proof may be required at time of check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Valid: 09 January 08 - 20 December 09
Cancellations advised 30-7 DAYS PRIOR to arrival will be
charged a 1 nights cancellation fee.
Cancellations advised 6-1 DAY PRIOR to arrival will be
charged 3 nights cancellation fee.

Valid: 21 December 08 to 08 January 09
A two-night deposit is required at the time the reservation
request is made for the operator whi does not have the credit
facility with the resort.
In order to cancel and receive the a refund of your two-night
deposit, cancellation must be received prior to 30 September 08.
A full prepayment of 5 nights will be required by the 30 September 08
for the operator who does not have the credit facility with the
resort.
Cancellation after 30 September 08 will result in forfeiture of the
entire 5 nights deposit.
Deposits are non transferable to a future reservation

NO SHOW
Non-arrivals will be subject to a penalty equal to three nights
accomodation at contract rates.
