DESCRIPTION: The same as the lower pavilion, however located on floor above. These rooms are high ceilinged and feature a spacious verandah with a daybed and dining area. Children under 12 are NOT permitted in these rooms.

BEACH VILLA
DESCRIPTION: Overlooking the azure sea with the white sandy beach a step down from the deck, each stand-alone one-bedroom Beach Villa features a quiet garden path leading to a private plunge pool and reflecting pond. Each villa has a large living area, spacious walk-in closet and its own private spa treatment room, complete with two massage beds. The large patio is furnished with a dining table for four and an oversized daybed.

2 BEDROOM VILLA
DESCRIPTION: These spacious villas are 590sqm and are ideal for families or private entertaining. The villa is open to tropical garden view. They have 2 bedrooms, one with King bed and the other with a twin bed. Each villa has spacious living and dining areas and an ample walk-in closet. The living area includes oversized chairs, a 107cm plasma screen television, CD/DVD player, refrigerated private bar, writing desk and high-speed internet access. You have a choice of indoor shower whereby the expansive marble bathroom offers a terrazzo soaking tub or an outdoor shower which is surrounded by beautifully landscaped garden and offers complete privacy for the guests. The large patio is furnished with a dining table for four and an oversized daybed. It also features a private 22m lap pool.

ROYAL VILLA

It has extra spacious living and dining areas, as well as a maid's room and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with 107cm plasma screen television and high speed internet access. The Villa also features a private swimming pool and spa room. The bathroom features a Spanish marble terrazzo soaking tub, separate glass- enclosed shower, outdoor shower and WC in a separate alcove.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NORMAL SEASON
Valid: 01 April 10-20 December 10, 09 January 11-31 March 11
Cancellations received within 31 DAYS prior to arrival will be
charged a 1 night cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 8 DAYS prior to arrival will be
charged a 3 nights cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS will incur a 3 nights penalty.

FESTIVE SEASON
Valid: 21 December 10-08 January 11
Cancellations received after 30 September 10 will be charged 100% OF
THE BOOKING.

NO SHOWS will incur a 100% penalty.
