disruption whatsoever

CHALET 44 - MERITUS CLUB
Completion by 30 November 11.
Hours of operation are between 0900 and 1800. this is a
refurbishment vonversion of Meritus club lounge to rooms.

PHASE 1

HOURS OF OPERATION: 1100 - 1800
Main Lobby, reception, concierge, shop, lobby and bar
works on timber furniture/fixture and roof - some occasional
noise

PHASE 2
DATES: 18 May 11-24 July 11

Lobby restroom - Some hacking and drilling works, quite
noisy at times

PHASE 3
DATES: 15 June 11-15 August 11

Gym - chaelt 1 at the south border of the resort will be
converted. This is an isolated area therefore will be without
inconvenience.

PHASE 4

This area of the south border of the resort will be completely
partioned. No inconvenience or alteration of any service is
anticipated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON
Valid: 01 April 11-19 December 11 and 16 February 11-31 March 12
Valid: 01 April 12-19 December 12 and 16 February 12-31 March 13
Cancellations received within 4 DAYS prior to guest arrival will
incur a 1 night cancellation fee.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 20 December 11-05 January 12, 06 January 12-15 February 12
Valid: 20 December 12-15 February 13
Cancellations received within 31 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 16 days prior to guest arrival
will incur 100% of the full stay charges.

NO SHOWS will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours
and transfers per person.
