CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON
Valid: 01 April 10-19 December 10 and 16 February 10-31 March 10
Cancellations received within 4 DAYS prior to guest arrival will
incur a 1 night cancellation fee.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 20 December 10-05 January 11, 06 January 11-16 February 11
Cancellations received within 31 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 16 days prior to guest arrival
will incur 100% of the full stay charges.

NO SHOWS will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours
and transfers per person.
