CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON:
01 April 07 - 23 December 07, 08 January 08 - 23 December 08 and 16 January 09 - 31 March 09
Cancellations must be advised 7 DAYS prior to arrival or
1 nights cancellation fees will be charged.
Cancellations received within 48HOURS of arrival will be
charged 100% of the stay.

HIGH SEASON:
24 December 07 - 07 January 08 and 24 December 08 - 15 January 09
Cancellations must be advised 30 DAYS prior to arrival or
100% of the full stay will be charged.

NO SHOWS - will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours
and transfers per person.
