RENOVATIONS

The Hotel advises from the 15th of June11 they will commence
the construction of the new swimming pool expected to be
completed by the second week of October. The hotel advises
that this has been designed in a way that will not impact their
guests. To ensure the smooth proces of the project, access to
Camp Anada kids club will be changed apart from this the
project will not cause any inconvenience to guests. Workers
will not enter the site through any of the public areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON: 01 April -14 July , 16 September -23 December & 11 January -31 March
Cancellations made within 4 days prior to arrival are subject
to 1 room night charge. Cancellations recieved within 48 hours
of guest arrival will incur 100% cancellation fees.

HIGH SEASON: 15 July 12-15 September 12
cancellations made within 22 days of arrival are subject to 1
room nigjy charge. cancellations made within 4 days will incur
50% cancellation fee.

PEAK PERIODS: 24 December -10 January
Cancellations made within 31 days prior to arrival are
subject to 1 room night charge. Cancellations received within
4 days of arrival will incur 50% of total stay. Cancellations
received within 48 hours of arrival will incur 100% cancellation
fees.
