GARDEN VILLA
DESCRIPTION: Situated on the private beach of Nusa Dua, the villas are surrounded by spectacular lush palm gardens secluded from the main building, which makes them ideal for a couples hideaway. The Balinese thatched roof villas provide guests with uniquely intimate, yet spacious accommodation. Each villa has it's own name and private secluded garden of 150sqm that creates cool ambience. Upon entering the villa, the passageway has a pond underneath and a small garden. The bedroom is decorated with opulent marble flooring and teak wood furnishings. Guests can have a selection of a la carte linen and pillows. Bathrooms feature an open-air garden, secluded behind stone walls or an inside bathroom with sunken bathtub.

Cancellations received within 15 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 8 DAYS prior to guest arrival will
incur a 2 NIGHT cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 24 hours prior to guest arrival
will incur 50% of whole stay cancellation charges.

PEAK SEASON
Valid: 24 December 11-05 January 12
Cancellations received within 46 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 31 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged a 2 NIGHT cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 24 hours prior to guest arrival
will incur 50% of whole stay cancellation charges.

NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of total stay.
