LOW SEASON
Valid: 01 April 11-14 July 11, 01 November 11-24 December 11 & 11 January 12-31 March 12
Cancellations received within 8 DAYS prior to guest arrival will
incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 5 DAYS prior to guest arrival will
be charged the FULL LENGTH OF STAY.

Valid: 01 April 12-14 July 12 , 01 November 12-24 December 12 & 06 January 12-31 March 13
Cancellations received within 7 DAYS prior to guests arrival
will be charged a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee
Cancellations received within 6 DAYS prior to guests arrival
with be charged 50% of the entire stay.

SHOULDER SEASON:
Valid: 01 July 12-14 July 12 and 16 September 12-31 October 12
Cancellations received within 15 DAYS prior to guests arrival
will incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 15 days prior to guests arrival
will incur 50% of the stay.

HIGH SEASON

Valid: 15 July 12-15 September 12 & 25 December 12-05 January 12
Cancellations received within 31 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will be charged the FULL LENGTH OF STAY.

NO SHOWS will be charged FULL LENGTH OF STAY.
