Cancellations received within 8 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 15 July 12-31 August 13
Cancellations received within 22 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.

PEAK SEASON
valid: 25 December 12-05 January 13
Cancellations received within 31 DAYS of guest arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT CAMCELLATION FEE.

NO SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES will be charged 100% of the
booking.
