DESCRIPTION: One Bedroom Villas are 200sqm with a large swimming pool, sunbathing area, manicured gardens and fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area. The bedroom has air-conditioning, a large ensuite bathroom, satellite TV, IDD phone and walk-in wardrobe.
BEDDING GUIDE: 1 Queen Bed. 1 extra bed permitted.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 2 Adults or 2 adults and 1 child

2 BEDROOM VILLAS
DESCRIPTION: Two Bedroom villas are 400sqm. Both bedrooms are identical and open onto a large swimming pool, sunbathing area and tropical manicured garden. Each bedroom includes air-conditioning, private bathroom, satellite TV, IDD phone & walk-in wardrobe. Two Bedroom villas also have fully equipped kitchens with seperate dining and lounge area.
BEDDING GUIDE: 2 Queen beds. 2 extra beds permitted.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 Adults or 4 adults and 2 children

3 BEDROOM
DESCRIPTION: Three bedroom villas are 600sqm. Two of the three bedrooms are identical, while the 3rd is a seperate "round villa" located across the garden, away from the other 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms open up to the large pool, sunbathing area and manicured gardens. Three bedroom villas also have a fully equipped kitchen with seperate lounge and dining area.

All honeymooners will receive a honeymoon decoration, flower
arrangement and honeymooner cake in their villa upon arrival.
Please advise at the time of reservation that you are

CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON
Valid: 01 April 10-19 December 10 and 08 January 11-31 March 11
Cancellations received within 22 DAYS of arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee

HIGH SEASON
20 December 10-07 January 11
Cancellations received within 31 DAYS of arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the booking
