RENOVATIONS

In line with the commitment to deliver a high quality product
for all guests, the hotel will be undergoing upgrading to the
bathrooms and guestrooms commencing 22 December 10.

During this period, there will be intermittent noise disturbance
and reverberations from upgrading works, however precautionary
work has been put in place to minimise disturbance and
inconvenience during your guests' stay. The refurbishment work
takes place daily from 10am to 4pm (weekdays) and 11am to 3pm
(weekends).

The proposed date of completion for these renovations is
25 December 11.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Valid: 01 April 10-31 March 11
Cancellations received within 7 DAYS of arrival will be
charged a 1 night cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 72 HOURS of arrival will
be charged 100% of the booking.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of booking.

Valid: 01 April 11-31 March 12
Cancellations received within 4 DAYS of arrival will be
charged a 1 night cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of booking.
