Valid: 01 April 11-14 July 11, 16 September 11-26 December 11 & 06 January 12-31 March 12
Cancellations received within 4 DAYS prior to guest arrival and
NO SHOWS will incur a 1 NIGHT cancellation charge.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 15 July 11-15 September 11 & 27 December 11-05 January 12
Cancellations received within 15 DAYS prior to guest arrival
will incur a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to FULL
DURATION OF STAY.
