Shoulder Season: 01 July 11 - 31 August 11
Any cancellation made will or "no show" during SHOULDER season
will be charged 100% of actual reservation.
Any short stay during these seasons will be charged 100%

High Season: 06 January 11 - 31 March 11 & 06 January 12 - 31 March 12
Any cancellation made within 15 days or "no show" during HIGH
season will be charged at 1 night's contract rate.
Any short stay during this season will be charged at the actual
stay plus 1 nights room charge.

Peak Season: 24 December 11 - 05 January 12
Any cancellation made will or "no show" during PEAK season
will be charged 100% of actual reservation.
Any short stay during these seasons will be charged 100%
of actual reservation.
