RENOVATIONS

The Angsana Resort & Spa advises that they will be carrying out
a series of renovations and refurbishment works as follows:
- Repainting the external facade of the hotel including
guestrooms & meeting rooms
- Installing new fixtures in the guestrooms and general public
areas
- Upgrading upholstery in the general public areas
- Creating a new covered rooftop recreation lounge and an indoor
air-conditioned gym
- Upgrading equipment and room amenities
- Wi-fi accessibility throughout resort

Any inconvenience to in-house guests will be kept to a minimum.

NOTES

VISA DETAILS:
AUSTRALIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY ON ARRIVAL
FOR AN INDONESIAN VISA WHEN TRAVELLING TO BINTAN ISLAND

- USD$25 per person for a maximum period of 30 days

Visitors are required to have the following documents:
- Passport with minimum 6 months validity
- Arrival/departure card from customs/immigration
- Return or onward journey ticket

Please provide exact money in USD cash at special counters
set up at the Immigration Office at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry
Terminal upon arrival in Bintan.

All other passport holders should check with the Indonesian
consulate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON
Valid: 03 January 11-31 March 11
Valid: 01 April 11-27 December 11, 16 January 12-31 March 12
Cancellations received within 15 WORKING DAYS of arrival will be
charged 50% of the total nights stay.
Cancellations received within 8 WORKING DAYS of arrival will be
charged 100% of the total nights stay.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 28 December 11-15 January 12
Cancellations received within 31 WORKING DAYS of arrival will be
charged 100% of the total nights stay.

EARLYBIRD CANCELLATION FEES
Valid: 03 January 11-31 March 11
Applicable to all bookings made on the earlybird special
Cancellations or amendments made within 45 DAYS of arrival
will be charged a 100% CANCELLATION FEE

NO SHOWS will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours and
transfers per person.
