- USD$25 per person for a maximum period of 30 days

Visitors are required to have the following documents:

- Arrival/departure card from customs/immigration
- Return or onward journey ticket

Please provide exact money in USD cash at special counters
set up at the Immigration Office at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry
Terminal upon arrival in Bintan.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received within 4 WORKING DAYS of arrival will be
charged a 1 night cancellation fee.

Valid: 24 December 10-01 January 11, 03 February 11-06 February 11
Cancellations received within 15 WORKING DAYS of arrival will be
charged 100% of the booking.

NO SHOWS will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours and
transfers per person.

- Any cancellations made within 4 working days prior to arrival
