welcome drink and Banyan Tree gift.
Please advise at the time of reservation that you
are Honeymooners. Proof may be required upon arrival.

Honeymooners will receive:
- One Banyan Tree Gallery Gift
- Complimentary one time Intimate moments (a drawn bath with
flower petals, complemented by villa bedroom dressed with
scented candles, aromatic oils, fragrant flowers, wine and
tranquility music.

CONDITIONS:
Proof of marriage will be required such as a wedding
certificate, invitation card or orther reasonable proof.

NOTES

VISA DETAILS:
AUSTRALIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS ARE REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL TO PAY
FOR AN INDONESIAN VISA WHEN TRAVELLING TO BINTAN ISLAND

- USD$10 per person for a maximum period of 7 days/6 nights
- USD$25 per person for a maximum period of 30 days

Visitors are required to have the following documents:
- Passport with minimum 6 months validity
- Arrival/departure card from customs/immigration
- Return or onward journey ticket

Please provide exact money in USD cash at special counters set
up at the Immigration Office at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry
Terminal upon arrival in Bintan.

All other passport holders should check with the Indonesian
consulate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Valid: 03 January 11-31 March 11
Valid: 01 April 11-27 December 11, 16 January 12-31 March 12
Cancellations received within 15 WORKING DAYS of arrival will be
charged 50% of the total nights stay.
Cancellations received within 8 WORKING DAYS of arrival will be
charged 100% of the total nights stay.

Valid: 22 December 10-02 January 11, 28 December 11-15 January 12
Cancellations received within 31 WORKING DAYS of arrival will be
charged 100% of the booking.

EARLYBIRD CANCELLATION FEES
Valid: 03 January 11-31 March 11
Applicable to all bookings made on the earlybird special
Cancellations or amendments made within 45 DAYS of arrival
will be charged a 100% CANCELLATION FEE

NO SHOWS will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours and
transfers per person.
