All rooms are situated in a three storey building, overlooking a central view of the beautiful lotus pond and pool.

SUPERIOR ROOM
DESCRIPTION: Located at the lotus pond water garden area in a 2 storey block adjacent to the reception area. All rooms face the lotus pond. Superior rooms were completely renovated in 2004. The furnishing is tasteful and modern with Balinese touches. Room size is 26sqm. Superior rooms are located on the ground and first floor.

DELUXE ROOM
DESCRIPTION: Located around the swimming pool area in a three storey building. All rooms face the swimming pool. Facilities are similiar to the Superior rooms but these are larger in size - 32sqm. Hairdryers are also available in this category. Deluxe rooms are located on the ground, first and second floors.

The Bali rani wil be undergoing renovations to their deluxe
rooms from Sep11-Mar12. The renovations will be done in 2
phases.
PHASE 1
The first wing will take place from Sep11-15 December 11
during this time 27 deluxe rooms will be closed and renovated
as well as installing an elevator
PHASE 2
The second wing will take place from Jan12-Mar12 and 27
Deluxe rooms will be closed and renovated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Valid: 01 April 11-14 June 11, 16 October 11-23 December 11 & 06 January 12-31 March 12
Valid: 01 April 12-14 July 12, 16 October 12-23 December 12 & 06 January 13-31 March 13
Cancellations received within 4 DAYS or NO SHOWS will incur 1 a
night fee. No refund will be granted if guests check out earlier
than booking/schedule.

Valid: 15 June 12-15 October 12
Cancellations received within 15 DAYS of guest arrival will
incur a 1 night cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS will be charged for entire stay.

Cancellations received within 22 DAYS of guest arrival will
incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
