Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Singapore Airlines Holidays.

Singapore Airlines Holidays and is operated by Wendy Wu Tours Pty Ltd ABN 87 082 688 202.

Please note that pricing on this website is valid until 31 December 2015 and is subject to availability at the time of booking.

The Company endeavors to ensure that all prices listed on the Singapore Airlines Holidays website are accurate and up-to-date. However, due to exchange rate fluctuations or increases in supplier rates, the Company reserves the right, to adjust any fees, charges or prices as necessary, to reflect such cost increases passed onto the Company up until final payment is received for the products required.

In these booking conditions Wendy Wu Tours Pty Ltd and entities that are related or affiliated with it in the provision of the services it agrees to provide (where the context admits, together with its and their employees and agents) are included in the expressions the "Company", "Singapore Airlines Holidays", "we", "our" or "us" and a person taking advantage of the services offered by Singapore Airlines Holidays, all other persons (if any) included with that person in the booking and that person's or those persons' travel agent (if any) are included in the expression "you", "your", a "customer" or "passenger".


Booking of travel arrangements and payment of a deposit thereof shall be considered proof that you have read our booking terms and conditions and that you accept them without reservation as constituting the entire agreement between yourself and the Company which can only be varied by an officer of Singapore Airlines Holidays in writing. The person making a booking shall be deemed to have accepted our booking terms and conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.


The Company acts as an agent for the airlines, hotels, sightseeing, shipping, transfer or vehicle hire companies or cruise lines (herein called "suppliers") whose transport, accommodation or meal services you may receive on your holiday. The Company does not own, manage, control, operate or supply any services of suppliers. The Company reserves the right to pass on any costs imposed by airlines for ticketing plus any fees. All holiday components sold by the Company are provided by reputable suppliers, which operate in accordance with the standards set down by their own local authorities. The Company bookings therefore are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of such suppliers, some of which exclude or limit liability in respect of death, injury, delay, loss or damage to your person and/or effects. The Company recommends that all customers take out adequate travel insurance cover valid for the entire duration of the holiday.


Please submit a copy of your passport together with a deposit as specified to Singapore Airlines Holidays or your travel agent to arrive within 3 days of receiving our confirmation that the company is holding arrangements for you.


Note that holidays including those over peak Christmas/New Year dates, Pandaw River Expeditions, Princess Cruises and Star Cruises together with the 2015 Formula One Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix may require a greater deposit. This will be advised to you prior to booking.

Singapore Airlines Holidays reserves the right to correct any errors in rates quoted or calculated, or any omissions made at any time during your booking. Any verbal quote given is only an indication of the final price and is subject to confirmation in writing. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.


Payment transactions will incur an additional fee if paid by credit card. This fee is dependent on the type of credit card and transaction amount, and is non-refundable. Charges are as follows:

  • Visa or MasterCard 1.25% of final balance (no charge for deposit)
  • American Express 3.25% deposit and final balance.
  • Diners Club International Cards are not accepted.

All payments for bookings for any products acquired via the Company website must be paid in full by Credit Card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard). You must therefore provide us with all the required details.


The final balance of the travel arrangements is due at Singapore Airlines Holidays no later than 60 days prior to the confirmed tour departure date as confirmed by acceptance of the booking. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in additional costs which will be passed on as a late payment fee of no less than $30 per booking or cancellation at the discretion of the company. Holidays including the 2015 Formula One Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix may require the balance of payment earlier than 60 days – this will be notified to you upon booking and displayed on our website. Singapore Airlines Holidays reserves the right to request a partial payment of the final balance more than 60 days prior to departure (e.g. airfare/cruise/ accommodation portion) in the event that airline tickets need to be issued by our office or by our operators overseas due to airline ticketing time limits.


Some holiday prices within our brochures and on this website are for land only arrangements and others display prices including air travel from airports as stated.

In summary:

AIRFARES including fuel surcharges, taxes, levies and charges are INCLUDED in prices shown for package holidays and cruises.

AIRFARES are NOT INCLUDED in the price of hotel stopovers, car hire, walking tours, extensions and some cruises. For clarification please speak to our reservations team on 1300 728 998.

VISAS are NOT INCLUDED in any prices.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is NOT INCLUDED in any prices and is highly recommended.

NOT INCLUDED: Any taxes imposed directly by third parties, passport costs, where necessary, resort fee, meals unless otherwise stated as included, any additional bedding, beverages, gratuities, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, communication costs, laundry, taxis and any other items of a personal nature. If a stopover in Singapore or other destination is required, the cost of accommodation, transfers, meals and any taxes are not included in the holiday price unless otherwise specified.

The Company is not liable for any expense, costs or loss incurred in case of illness, or refusal of entry, detention in, or expulsion or repatriation from a country or part of a country. You agree not to hold the Company responsible for any such things.

The price of your holiday is only guaranteed once full payment is received.


Prices are in Australian dollars except where noted otherwise and are correct at the time of brochure (as stated) publication and are subject to change without notice. In the event that currency fluctuations affect the price of your booking, we reserve the right to adjust our prices as necessary at the time of payment. In the event of airline schedule changes or those made by our suppliers or for any reason beyond our control, we will use our best endeavours to notify you. In the event that new Trade Fair periods or new Trade Fair rates and /or dates become evident, the Company will use its best endeavours to inform you of any change and invoice you at the new rates. Revised rates will apply to all bookings including those made before the change. If the change or changes result in your holiday costing more, or otherwise being materially different from that prior to the change or changes being effected and in respect of which we have already accepted your deposit or balance payment, you may rearrange your holiday or cancel. Monies already paid will be refunded less any charges levied by suppliers. The price that is applicable at any time is that which is quoted at that time by the Company's computer based system. Government taxes and charges imposed by third parties are subject to change.

The Company endeavors to ensure that all prices listed on the Singapore Airlines Holidays website are accurate and up-to-date. The Company shall be responsible to the passenger for arranging supply of the services described in our brochure or on this website, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the Company. In such circumstances, the Company will do its best to arrange supply of comparable services and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.


Seasonal surcharges may apply throughout the year for special events, festivals, trade fairs or conferences, which may alter the price indicated. Prices will be finalised and confirmed at time of booking and may be updated throughout the year as Singapore Airlines Holidays is advised. Singapore National Day 2015 - At the time of printing our brochure, precise details of events and activities are still in planning stages. Some events taking place in Singapore will be for residents and by ticket/invitation only.


The following fees will apply: Amendments to confirmed and deposited itineraries outside of 30 days prior to departure where the value of the booking is decreased: $25 per change (a change to the booking that increases the value will incur no fee). Amendments within 30 days of departure: $50 per change. An amendment to a booking may also incur cancellation fees from suppliers. If a reissue of travel documents (including airline tickets) is required after the original travel documents have been issued, a non-refundable fee of $25 per international booking will be charged, in addition to any charges, courier fees and/or amendment fees levied by the suppliers such as airlines, hotels or ground operators.


Holiday package airfares are based on the use of Special Inclusive Tour Airfares and special conditions may apply. Some airfares have limited availability and validity, or are required to be booked and paid for in full, by a certain date and/or prior to 30 days, for your travel. Airfare cancellation charges are additional and are governed as per current air traffic rules and regulations. For applicable airfare prices, conditions and charges, please check with your travel agent or Singapore Airlines Holidays at time of booking. Failure to meet these requirements may result in a cancellation of the airline booking.


Minimum Age and Onboard Medical Charges

Please note that Cruise lines do not have neo natal facilities and therefore the minimum age is 12 months. Cruise ships are outside the scope of Australian Medicare and private health insurance. Consultations, treatments and medications are charged at private rates and must be paid by you and claimed through your travel insurance. Cruise Itineraries are not guaranteed

Many factors may affect the operation of a particular itinerary including weather, mechanical difficulties, civil unrest or unforeseen circumstances. Itineraries do not form part of our contract with you. If we cannot operate in accordance with the published itinerary, there may be assistance or compensation depending on the decision of the cruise line.


We offer cruises with Carnival plc trading as Princess Cruise Lines Ltd (a Bermudan company). We are not a provider of cruise services and you will be bound by Princess Cruises Passage Conditions, available and updated at


We offer cruises with Star Cruises Asia Holding Limited. We are not a provider of cruise services and you will be bound by Star Cruises Passage Conditions, available and updated at


Car Hire can only be booked in conjunction with flights. We are not a provider of car hire services. Car hire is organised by DAH Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 67 107 041 912) for whom we act as an agent for these purposes – please refer to the terms and conditions at which, by proceeding, you agree will apply to your booking.


In the event of a cancellation by the customer any refunds will be less administration fees including tour transfer fees, fuel surcharge and any other airline cancellation fees and any applicable amendment fees. Regrettably cancellation charges and fees cannot be waived. There can be no exceptions. No refund will be made for any unused portions of the holiday after the departure date. Please note that employees of any overseas company or staff of Singapore Airlines Holidays outside Australia are not authorised to give any guarantees or agreements to customers in respect of refunds or any other matters.

All cancellations must be made in writing to Singapore Airlines Holidays and will be subject to the following cancellation charges from the date the written cancellation is received:

If airline tickets are issued then 100% of the airfare.

1. More than 45 days prior to departure; loss of deposit plus any administration fees

2. Between 31-44 days prior to departure; 50% of total holiday/tour/cruise cost

3. 30 days or less prior to departure; 100% of total holiday/tour/cruise cost

4. Any ‘no show’; 100% of total holiday/tour/cruise cost


Singapore Airlines Holidays reserves the right to cancel or vary a tour and/or cruise prior to departure due to insufficient numbers. In such an event alternative guaranteed travel dates will be offered. Should these options not be acceptable the company will refund the full price paid. If a cruise and/or tour is cancelled or varied prior to departure due to unforeseeable circumstances such as, but not restricted to, severe weather conditions or force majeure, Singapore Airlines Holidays will refund all monies prior to departure, fuel surcharge and any other cancellation fees levied by airlines and other third parties. Unforeseeable circumstances such as force majeure, adverse weather, flight rescheduling, hotel overbooking and faults with transportation or road conditions may also have an effect on the tour/cruise itinerary after the commencement date. Any decision made in respect of tour services by independent operators to re-route or amend the itinerary due to any of the above or similar circumstances is at the discretion of the tour service provider and Singapore Airlines Holidays shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever arising from such events.


At Singapore Airlines Holidays we are committed to ensuring we deal with complaints effectively and efficiently. Should the customer not be satisfied with any aspect of their arrangements, they must immediately inform the local guide who will endeavour to resolve the issue at the time. If this is not possible and you wish to make a complaint or claim this must be done in writing to Singapore Airlines Holidays in Sydney or email within 30 days of the completion of your Singapore Airlines Holidays arrangements. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales and any legal action arising therefrom shall be litigated only in the appropriate court in that state having jurisdiction in that claim.


A passport with a minimum of six months validity is required for customers travelling to all countries in our programme. It is the responsibility of each passenger to have an appropriate Visa valid for the entire duration of their trip. To ensure accuracy of ticketing information, we require a copy of the passports of all customers to be able to confirm the booking. Responsibility for documentation accuracy, passport validity and dispatch of required documents rests with the customer. Singapore Airlines Holidays accepts no responsibility for any failure in this respect. Any cancellation fees or other expenses incurred by the customer due to the refusal of a visa will be entirely the customer’s liability.


It is strongly recommended that all customers travelling with Singapore Airlines Holidays are adequately covered by insurance for the duration of their travel arrangements. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you may not be able to recover cancellations charges, medical costs, repatriation and other expenses that may arise of things do not go to plan. To the extent permitted by law, Singapore Airlines Holidays cannot in any way be made liable for any additional cost incurred by the customer on any tour.


We recommend that you review information provided by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade prior to making your booking by calling 1300 555 135, or by visiting their website for the latest information. We strongly recommend that you familiarise yourself with the latest Government Consular advice and information. is a recommended resource.

Passengers should check with embassies or consulates of the countries in which they intend to transit or travel to/from, for any entry or exit visa requirements. Australian citizens are required to purchase a visa on arrival to Bali. It is essential to ensure that your travel consultant advises Singapore Airlines Holidays passport details of all passengers travelling, Australian telephone number and address where you can be reached prior to departure from Australia.


The Company acts as an agent for suppliers, including air or land carriers, cruise operators, hoteliers or hotels, transport companies, car hire or any other suppliers. The Company does not own, manage, control, operate, provide or supply any services of suppliers. The Company has no responsibility for any services provided or not provided by any supplier. In the absence of its own negligence, neither the Company nor any agent or affiliate has any liability for any cancellations, diversions, substitution of equipment, variations, postponements or any other act, omission or default of air or land carriers, cruise operators, hoteliers or hotels, transport companies or any other suppliers nor for any consequences thereof such as changes in services, accommodation or facilities. In the absence of its own negligence neither the Company nor any agent or affiliate shall be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or property, or for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence, delay or from the act, error, omission, default or negligence of any person not its direct employee or under its exclusive control, including any act, error, omission, default, or negligence of any country, government or governmental authority, officer or employee. Neither the Company nor any agent or affiliate is responsible for any criminal conduct by any supplier or third parties. All bookings agreed to be made by the Company with the provider of any transport or other services are subject to the terms and conditions imposed on such suppliers in relation to matters that may not be expressly the subject of our agreement with them and, in particular, to the applicable laws, requirements and policies of any government, governmental authority or employee including, visa, entry, exit or transit. Where the passenger occupies a motor vehicle seat fitted with a safety belt, neither the Company nor any agent, affiliate or supplier concerned will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any loss damage or claim whatsoever arising from any accident or incident if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident. The Company accepts responsibility only for the services it provides. The Company does not accept responsibility or liability for any acts, omissions or defaults whether negligent or otherwise, of suppliers. Neither the Company, nor any agent or affiliate accepts any responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever for the acts, omissions or defaults (whether negligent or otherwise) of any governmental authorities, their officers, or employees or of any employees, or agents of airlines, air carriers, coach operators, other land carriers, shipping companies or operators, cruise or ferry operators, any other transport providers, hoteliers or other accommodation providers, any other facilities providers, tour directors, tour guides, travel agents, or the providers to you of meals, other goods or other services on your holiday or in relation to it and over whom the Company, its agents or affiliates have no direct control. Neither the Company nor any agent or affiliate accepts any responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever including but not limited to contract, in tort or under any other law for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused by your own acts and/or omissions, or other events which are beyond their control including force majeure or other events including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or any other authorities, failure of equipment or machinery. Neither the Company nor any agent or affiliate accepts any liability or responsibility for any terms, conditions or requirements of any third party who provides some service in the course of your holiday. If you decide that you do not want to visit a country or part of a country you intended to visit because of any law, condition or requirements of any government or governmental authority, official, servant or agent, you are responsible for any costs, expenses, charges, fees, losses or damage incurred as a consequence and any cancellation or amendment fees. Neither the Company nor any agent accepts any responsibility or liability for your acts, omissions, defaults, conduct, state of health, condition or circumstances. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our brochures and our website. However, the Company cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.


Since 2004 all airlines servicing flights to Asia have been charging a fuel levy surcharge, on top of the normal airline ticket price, in order to cover the increased cost of aviation fuel. As fuel prices have fluctuated, so too has the amount the airlines charge for this levy. This amount is detailed against every short stay or tour featured in our brochure (where flights are included) and will also be advised to you at the time of your booking and is subject to change until your airline ticket is issued.


Airlines featured in our brochure and on this website do not by virtue of their endorsement represent themselves either as contracting with any purchaser of a holiday from Singapore Airlines Holidays, or as having any legal relationship with such a purchaser.


Please note that seatbelts are not compulsory by law in many countries in Asia and therefore the local people largely choose not to wear them. For this reason local operators may or may not have seatbelts in vehicles or they may be hidden underneath protective seat covers. It is recommended that where seatbelts are available customers must use them and remain seated at all times while the vehicle is moving. As such, customers acknowledge that seatbelts may not be available and therefore travel at their own risk. Lifejackets are provided on water transfers in the Maldives. It is the responsibility of our customers to wear them and act responsibly. Customers warrant that they shall not make any claim howsoever arising for injury or damage in respect of, arising from or contributed to by the absence of seatbelts or failure to wear lifejackets and hereby release Singapore Airlines Holidays from all such claims.


All customers are required to familiarise themselves with any health requirements specific to the countries being visited.

Some vaccinations may be recommended some period in advance of traveling. Please contact your local doctor who will advise you of these requirements as well as any international restrictions regarding travelling with prescribed medicines. A Visa does not guarantee you entry to a country or permission to remain in it. Some countries may refuse entry because of your health, condition, or other circumstances or for other reasons, or may detain, expel or repatriate you. You should check with the embassies or consulates or other authorities of the countries in which you intend to travel for any health, entry or visa requirements that are applicable and you should make the appropriate disclosures as required. A failure to disclose a health condition may result in the applicable country refusing you entry, or in you being detained, expelled or repatriated from it. The Company and/or its servants and agents accept no responsibility if you are refused entry into the country/countries of your destination. The Company and/or its servants and agents are not liable for any expenses, costs, liabilities or loss incurred in relation to such matters. You agree to not hold the Company including its servants and agents responsible for any such thing. The Company/and or its servants and agents are not responsible for any disclosures of a health condition made by other suppliers who provide services on the holiday or for the acts of any governmental instrumentalities of the countries connected to your holiday. To ensure the safety of all passengers, including you, it may be necessary for the Company and/or its servants and agents to disclose your condition of health to suppliers of other services connected with your holiday. You authorise the Company and/or its servants and agents to make such disclosure on your behalf and agree that a disclosure by the Company and/or its servants and agents shall not amount to a breach of confidence or duty and you will not hold the Company and/or its servants and agents liable in tort (actionable wrong) or in contract or under any anti-discrimination laws.

Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)

If you have a history of DVT you will be required to complete a DVT letter of Indemnity. This can be obtained by contacting our office on 1300 728 998.


Tour itineraries and prices in our Singapore & Beyond brochure are accurate at the time of printing and prices are based on exchange rates as at 19 January 2015. Once the customer has paid the deposit the holiday/tour price is guaranteed, subject to any increase in fuel surcharge, tax changes or levies imposed by any government or their agencies or any airline. The prices for holidays and tours after 31 March 2016 are subject to change without notice. The departure dates of holidays and tours after 31 March 2016 are subject to change due to future airline schedules. Singapore Airlines Holidays reserves the right to make alternations to itineraries, departure dates and prices due to circumstances beyond their control.


Hotel descriptions featured in our brochures and on this website are based on current hotel guides provided by suppliers and contractual agreements. Any facilities described are subject to change at any time. Maps and photographs are included for general information only and may not necessarily reflect actual routings, location or services. Singapore Airlines Holidays has made reasonable enquiries to verify that the descriptions and details are accurate but does not warrant that they are.


The Ultimate Drive is owned and operated by Ultimate Drive Pte Ltd. and Driven by Adrenaline Pte Ltd, Singapore for whom we operate as an agent. You will be required to sign specific conditions and waivers prior to the experience. This will be a legally binding contract. We recommend you ensure your travel insurance policy covers this experience prior to booking. The price does not include transport to the departure point of the Ultimate Drive Experience. Ultimate Drive Cancellation policy – if this experience is cancelled by the operator we will refund the monies paid. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 30 days of participation, 100% cancellation fee applies. The minimum age to drive the vehicle is 21 years. A valid driving license is required and will need to be presented. Driving whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal in Singapore. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be viewed at By making a booking for any one or more of the products and/or services offered by Singapore Airlines Holidays, you are indicating -

(a) that you have read our Privacy Policy and

(b) your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.


Airfares may or may not attract Frequent Flyer points and this policy is undergoing continual review by the airline. At time of printing our brochure there are limited points awarded for certain fare types. We monitor the terms and conditions regularly and will update our policy as frequent flyer programs adjust their terms. It is not currently possible to use Krisflyer points to pay in part or full for any component of a Singapore Airlines Holiday.


It is the travel agents’ responsibility to ensure that all invoice and itinerary details and documentation issued by Singapore Airlines Holidays is correct and that the customer is aware of amendment and cancellation conditions and other clauses in these Booking Conditions.


Our offers and bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Our offers may be restricted to certain room categories. Some promotions may be withdrawn prior to the booking deadline should supply be exhausted.


Any free/reduced price stopover promotion includes one night accommodation at the specified hotel on a bed & breakfast basis including airport-hotel-airport transfers (on a seat-in-coach basis).The free stopover is subject to availability at the time of booking. If the specified hotel is unavailable we will make every effort to find an alternative hotel of a similar standard. This offer is not available over the period of the Singapore Formula One Grand Prix. Other peak season festivals or events may be heavily restricted in availability.


Price reductions may be made available for certain periods of travel or periods of booking. We regret that these offers may not be applicable to existing bookings or applied retrospectively.


The 2015 Formula One Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix is organised by Singapore GP Pte Ltd ("the organisers") for whom we act as an agent for these purposes – please refer to their terms and conditions which can be found at which, by proceeding, you agree will apply to your booking. Please note in Particular that the organisers advise that motor racing, the event and activities associated with the event (including without limitation, support events) are inherently dangerous and accidents can and do happen and by attending the event you consent to the risk of injury, loss or damage. By proceeding you also agree that you will be bound by the Organiser's terms and conditions including those displayed at the event, on the promoter or organiser's website and/or your tickets and that you may be required to sign a Release or Waiver. You further agree that any liability or any claim whatsoever and howsoever arising in the course of the event lies with the event organisers.


It is your responsibility to comply with the terms, conditions and requirements of any service provider, or any country or governmental authorities, or to bear any costs or losses incurred as a consequence of you not complying with them.
